There are no extra shipping charges for backordered shipments, and credit card orders aren't charged until they leave our warehouse.

Freight companies are instructed to deliver items during a time frame scheduled with you, and will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to confirm when they'll arrive. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for safe shipping, damages sometimes can occur in transit. It's important to carefully inspect all merchandise for any damage or defects and contact us immediately if this is the case.
